Shipping & Returns
We want your Resta order to reach you quickly and to feel completely safe shopping with us. Here's everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, and returns.
Shipping
- Order processing: Orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours of being placed (on business days).
- Delivery time: Your order typically reaches you in 4–7 days after it's shipped, depending on your location in India..
- Free Shipping:Â No Shipping charges
- Payment options: Pay online (UPI / card) or choose Cash on Delivery, available across India.
- Tracking: Once your order ships, we'll share tracking details by SMS and email.
Cancellations
Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel an order before it has been shipped (within 24 hours of ordering).
Returns
Please check your parcel at the time of delivery. Returns are only accepted at the doorstep — once an order has been delivered and accepted, it cannot be returned.
- If you don't want the order, simply refuse the parcel at delivery.
- Cash on Delivery: just don't pay — the parcel is sent back and you're charged nothing.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll send a free replacement (or a full refund if a replacement isn't available) — at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
- Refunds go back to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery, we'll refund to your UPI or bank account.
